NetSuite Senior Consultant

North America, Middle East (Full Time/ Contract Available*)

The Consultant is responsible for the implementation of NetSuite. He/ She will be responsible for managing clients in mostly a post-sale environment. This position will assess client needs, develop solutions and implement them to the client's satisfaction. Our Consultants must have a passion for helping clients. Managing success against typical project constraints are a requirement of the job.

Responsibilities:

  • Customization of NetSuite CRM, ERP and e-Commence
  • Documentation of business processes, business requirements and meeting notes
  • NetSuite One TM methodology certification required for all contract* employees

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business
  • Minimum 5 years experience in systems applications consulting
  • Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into effective business solutions
  • Customer relationship acumen and seasoned consulting skills
  • Solid experience in change management and business process mapping
  • Experience with software in an SaaS environment including any experience with Accounting, Sales Force Automation, Marketing Campaigns and Web presence
  • Consulting experience with Intacct, NetSuite, SalesForce.com, QuickBooks, Microsoft Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics, ACT, Goldmine, Sage MAS 90/200, Siebel, Oracle, SAP

Travel:
The position is expected to travel up to 50%.

Sales Executive (Dubai, U.A.E.)

The sales executive is responsible for prospecting, lead generation, lead qualification, forecasting and overall account strategy. The sales executive will participate in the creation, presentation and sale of a complete value proposition of business applications, solutions and related services.

Job Description:

  • Identify, propose, negotiate, and close opportunities in the SMB market segment in order to meet and exceed his/her quota
  • Convert customer problems into sales opportunities
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly quota objectives
  • Develop and deliver customized demonstrations, by web and face-to-face

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Hold a BA/BSc degree in business/related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • Proven ability to continually achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong applications background and understanding of software systems
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Display professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player, willing to support a long term company goal
  • Arabic Language is a plus

Oracle Program Manager

We are seeking a solutions-focused techno-functional Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) program manager to lead deployment, upgrade and ongoing maintenance of application on behalf of a client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The role is responsible for managing execution and delivery of multiple internal projects that are moderately complex in nature and leading a technical project team in delivery of solutions. The role will have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, budgets, schedules and various deliverables required for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management per Oracle's standard methods and business best practices. The role is responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and establishing an effective communication plan to provide day to day direction to the project team and regular status reports to the executive branch. The role will anticipate problems and resolve or escalate them to appropriate level of management for resolution as needed. The role will lead all documentation efforts of initiatives and processes to facilitate functional testing and user training/ adoption.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate departmental business requirement meetings and their documentation
  • Provide expert oversight in mapping requirements to technology solutions
  • Provide insight for trouble shooting problems on existing Oracle EBS
  • Develop and maintain operational and system levels
  • Manage project teams by setting priorities and implementation parameters and defining roles and responsibilities
  • Effectively manage risks, issues and change resolutions
  • Provide daily oversight and mentorship to a team of technical consultants
  • Advise on a broad range of current and new technology issues and trends to further operational efficiency and business visibility
  • Develop and maintain project plans and coordinate the effective utilization of resources
  • Prepare briefings, activity and status reports as required for assigned programs
  • Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Develop and document scripts for functional testing
  • Document processes and practices for purpose of training and enhanced user adoption

Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS Applications (11.5.10/ R12.0) with at least two full cycle implementations
  • Experience in at least 3 areas, preferably and combination of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Inventory and Order Management
  • A proven ability in system administration and process planning
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, architecture, development and implementation using standard coding best practices, AIM methodology and Oracle’s development tools
  • Solid working knowledge of Oracle Workflow and general business process flows
  • Proven experience influencing a diverse team of experts, without a direct reporting relationship
  • Experience with driving project where requirements and funding may still be not clearly defined is essential
  • A demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and sustaining a high level of performance when under pressure
  • A demonstrated history of process reengineering and improvement
  • Experience working with multiple cultures and offshore System Integrators
  • Expert level knowledge of MS Project
  • PMI-PMP certification and Six Sigma certification are a plus
  • Able to work alone or as part of a team for Oracle implementation or upgrade projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
